SIGE main settings and plugin code

Hello!

I have a lot of galleries on webpage. In SIGE main setting i have:
Gallery tab: 'gallery view - mansonry', 'minimum width - 250'
Thumbnail tab: 'thumbnail width - 600', 'thumbnail height - 600'
Original image tab: 'resize images - no'

I have not set in plugin code image width and in multiple image galleries are all OK, images is 250px in width. Now i want to show image from folder (i have only one here) and in plugin code i wrote width=600 key but image shown 250px. How to set plugin code to overwrite main settings?
