ECC+ J5 - can't get anything to appear

Hi Victor ,

all good on a J4 site ( see here: kubik-rubik.de/forum/ecc-easycalccheck-p...calccheckplus-solved )but I can't get anything to work on a new J5 migration.. neither on a standard J Contact page or the shortcode etc in a VM form..
Am using plg_easycalccheckplus_pro_v5.0.2.0, it's enabled and configured exactly as the J4 site but sadly nothing..
In the Global config I have nothing chosen ( as there are no other captcha plugins installed )

to see the VM form use the "Preis auf Anfrage" link on the LED lampe left side

Any advice gratefully accepted..
